What is Linxy.App?
Linxy.App is a free mobile app that allows users to see video, interactive stories, forms and other amazing content by scanning pictures and products that have been printed with an embedded mark. Humans can’t see the secret mark. But Linxy.App can detect the mark and automatically display the content. Just like a QR code, only way better! No ugly bar code and way cooler effects. The idea is simple, too. Print using the invisible mark. Connect that printed item to video, audio, web pages, order forms, interactive content, quizzes, stories and a bunch more just by pointing the mobile phone or tablet at the item. Tips for Best Results
Linxy.App requires an internet connection and works best in good lighting. Tap the light icon to turn on the light on the mobile device, if one is available. Scan the photo or item between 3-8 inches (7–20cm) from the item keeping the phone or tablet still for 1-2 seconds. There is nothing else to do. We will continually update the app with improvements.
Scanning After Video Play
After viewing a video, or to stop a video, tap the "X" at the top left of the screen and Linxy.App then displays the scan icon (in red). Tapping this red icon activates the mode to scan again.
Scan History (on iOS)
Tapping the Dashboard icon, at the bottom right, displays the main screen where you can find Scan History. Tapping this button opens a listing of previous scans. Tapping the thumbnail of the scan displays the content from the previously-scanned Linxy. This is useful to see the content without having to scan the item again. Note: this does not work for Linxy marked items set for scan-only. Tapping the Clear All link at the top of the Scan History screen erases the list of previously-scanned items.
Create Linxy Images & Graphics

PRIVACY POLICY
We take privacy seriously. Our privacy policy is simple. Our app needs camera access permission to scan for Linxy Marks. To create and save new Linxy Marks the app needs permission to access files on your device. The table below lists the type of data our app collects and shows whether or not this data is linked to the app user or is used for tracking
Linxy.App collects the following data for diagnostics and app functionality. None of the following data is linked to the app user: Device Manufacturer, Device Model, Application Version, Application ID, Operating System, Operating System Version, Device Language. Linxy.App collects IP Address and Vendor ID which is linked to the user but is not used for tracking.
The application also captures and sends data to our servers about the item being scanned, including bar codes, watermarked images and QR codes. Linxy.App does not collect, store, sell or share any user content or personally-identifying information, except as expressly authorized by the user. For example, email address information is collected when a user registers as new user on the Linxy.App platform.
